After living more than a decade in slums and inner cities, I founded a grassroots youth movement called Alongsiders, now reaching thousands of vulnerable children across Asia and Africa. My interactions with this neighbor got me thinking, why should I help her?
Would Jesus show any sort of special concern for one particular group or another?
I'm pretty sure He would, and here's why:
We've reduced being "pro-life" to mean being “pro-” one tiny subsection of life .
